Post-Secondary Assessment

A post-secondary assessment is a comprehensive evaluation aimed at identifying the academic and support needs of students entering or attending college or university. The goal is to ensure these students receive appropriate accommodations and support to succeed in a higher education setting. This assessment includes:

• Cognitive testing
• Academic achievement testing
• Attention/executive functioning, emotional, or behavioral measures (if relevant)
• Review of history and documentation
• Written report with results and accommodation recommendations
• Feedback meeting (in-person or virtual)
