What age of children do you see?

We provide services for children aged 6-18. Children younger than age six, and adult assessments are considered on an individual basis. 

Do you offer counseling services?

No, we do not offer counseling services at this time. 

Do you offer Autism assessments?

No, we do not offer Autism assessments at this time. 

Are your services covered by benefits?

Many insurance companies provide coverage for psychological assessment services.  You will be provided with a detailed receipt on the service date, which you can submit for reimbursement. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider prior to assessment, to confirm coverage and documentation requirements, as all coverage plans vary. 

Do you offer direct billing?

 We offer direct billing for the following insurance companies: 

· Alberta Blue Cross

· Canada Life

· Claim Secure

· Desjardins

· IA Financial Group

What are the fees for assessment?

Our fees are consistent with the recommended rate suggested by the Psychologists Association of Alberta’s fee schedule.

Do I need a referral to access your services?

No referrals are not needed. 

Who provides the services? 

Assessment services are provided by a Registered Psychologist. Our psychologist is registered in both Alberta and British Columbia.  

How long is the waitlist?

Wait times can vary depending on the time of year, but we do our best to see clients in a timely manner.
